The process will take place in a specially designed and fully equipped mobile unit called the Antistress Capsule. The unit will be brought by a vehicle to the agreed upon location where the Antistress Capsule will be installed.
The process will take place in a specially designed and fully equipped mobile unit called the Antistress Capsule size ref (30m2, L12m x W2,5m x H3m). The unit will be brought by a vehicle to the agreed upon location where the Antistress Capsule will be installed.
Before each treatment time begins (every 25min) 6 people will be allowed to enter the Antistress Capsule.
First step of the performance
Participants will be placed into the specially designed chairs and connected to a high innovative interactive monitoring device (hand and ear). The concept of the Antistress Capsule will be explained.
Second step of the performance
Participants will experience 3 specially developed and prepared sense stimulators to decrease stress. During the 15min treatment, HRV-biofeedback devices will monitor the effects and state of the participants’ physical and mental parameters.
Third step of the performance
The physical and mental changes of individuals will be explained (Antistress Capsule before/after effects) by professional (medical) staff.
